FREE COMMUNITY EVENT:

National Healthcare Decisions Day is April 16th, 2019. Consider, or reconsider, your Advance Directive this year! Join Life.Love.Yoga and Peaceful Presence End of Life Doulas for a screening of the Oscar-nominated documentary film, End Game, followed by a lively discussion to help us change the way we talk about, plan for, and experience the last stage of life.

One of the greatest mysteries of life, according to the Ancient Indian Epic, The Mahābhārata, is that "all around us people are dying and yet no believes it will happen to them!" 92% of people interviewed say it is important to talk about end of life wishes with their loved ones; 32% have actually done so. And yet, the human mortality rate is 100%. We will all die, and we don't know when, so let's reimagine our relationship to life, death and dying.

Film starts shortly after 7:00pm, discussion and question/answer period about end of life care options and choices to follow.
